Ultimate Magnesium Complex - Day & Night Formula
The unique broad-spectrum magnesium blend offers optimally balanced types of chelated forms of magnesium with high absorption. It is supplemented with herbal extracts and other supporting substances to enhance its effect.
The complex contains the magnesium forms malate, bis-glycinate, threonate, and taurate, as well as the patented AQUAMIN, which is derived from seaweed from pure Icelandic waters and is rich in natural magnesium. The content of a scarce bioactive form of vitamin B6 (P5P) supports the absorption of magnesium into the body
and the amino acids L-Tryptophan and L-Theanine reduce the production of stress hormones and promote overall relaxation. In addition, the contained herbal extracts support and complement the effect of magnesium.

The morning dose (Day Formula) is focused on effective action during the day. It helps to increase energy and supports resistance to fatigue and external influences and improves mental activity.
The Night Formula is designed to be effective during the night when the body is relaxing and regenerating. It thus helps overall calming, relaxation and promotes sleep.
Recommended Dosage - Daily Dose Intensive magnesium treatment: 2 capsules in the morning, ideally at least 30 minutes before meals. Suitable for people with symptoms of magnesium deficiency, athletes and those who are exposed to increased physical or mental stress.
Gradual magnesium treatment: 1 capsule in the morning, ideally at least 30 minutes before meals. Suitable for people with a balanced diet (with enough magnesium in the diet) and for people with low physical or mental stress or for individuals with low body weight (under 50 kg).
